🇭🇷 Female Consumer Club (Društvo Potrošačica) — Project Coordinator
The Female Consumer Club is an independent, non-profit consumer organisation based in Croatia and the coordinator of the ACT4Consumers project. As one of Croatia’s Qualified Entities authorised to bring representative actions, the organisation is committed to strengthening consumer protection through education, advocacy and international cooperation.
Within ACT4Consumers, the Female Consumer Club leads the overall project management, coordinates consortium activities, ensures financial and administrative implementation, and contributes to developing practical tools and national guidelines for representative actions.
🇦🇹 Verbraucherschutzverein (VSV) — Expert Partner
Verbraucherschutzverein (VSV) is an Austrian consumer protection association with extensive experience in strategic litigation and representative actions at both national and European level. The organisation has successfully participated in numerous collective redress cases and is recognised for its expertise in protecting consumers against unfair commercial practices.
In ACT4Consumers, VSV provides legal expertise, delivers specialised training, shares best practices, and supports the transfer of knowledge through cross-border cooperation and peer learning.
🇭🇷 Društvo Potrošača Međimurja (DPM) — Project Partner
Društvo Potrošača Međimurja is a Croatian consumer organisation and one of the country’s authorised Qualified Entities for representative actions. The organisation has many years of experience in consumer education, legal advice, market monitoring and public awareness activities.
Within the project, DPM leads communication and visibility activities, supports consumer awareness campaigns and contributes to developing practical guidance and educational resources on representative actions.
🇮🇹 Centro Tutela Consumatori Utenti (CTCU) — Associated Partner
Centro Tutela Consumatori Utenti (CTCU), also known as the Consumer Centre South Tyrol, is a leading Italian consumer organisation with extensive experience in consumer advice, dispute resolution and cross-border cooperation.
As the associated partner in ACT4Consumers, CTCU supports the project by organising and hosting the study visit in Bolzano, facilitating peer learning and the exchange of good practices among project partners.
